Conditions of participation for the “Win back your e-bike” competition
- Eligibility
Participation in the competition is open to all Swiss residents aged 18 and over who order / purchase a new AureusDrive e-bike during the Black Weeks campaign period (November 4 to December 2, 2024). - Participation period
Participation in the competition is automatic with the purchase of an AureusDrive e-bike from a partner or in the AureusDrive online store during the campaign period.
The winner will be announced on December 6, 2024 on the official AureusDrive social media channels. - Prize
The prize consists of a refund of the purchase price paid for the AureusDrive e-bike purchased during Black Weeks.
The amount will be refunded to the payment method specified at the time of purchase, unless otherwise agreed. - Notification
The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 10 days of being notified, the claim to the prize will be forfeited. - Data protection and consent
Participants agree to the additional processing of their data in order to carry out the competition. The data will not be passed on to third parties.
By purchasing an AureusDrive e-bike during the Black Weeks, participants also agree to take part in the competition and to the publication of their order information (if relevant) on AureusDrive’s social media channels. - Legal recourse
Legal recourse is excluded. The competition is not connected to the social networks and is not sponsored or supported by them. - Changes to the conditions of participation
The organizer reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time or to cancel the competition if this is necessary for legal or technical reasons.
