The AureusDrive e-bike is available in the Classic45 and Classic25 versions. The components are the same in both versions, the only difference is the gear ratio and the maximum speed at which the motor supports you. The Classic25 supports up to a speed of 25 km/h and the Classic45 up to 45 km/h. The Classic45 requires mandatory liability insurance with a yellow number and at least a class M driver’s license. The Classic25 can be converted to a Classic45, or vice versa, at any time for an additional charge.

The disc brakes

The reliable, high-quality hydraulic disc brakes of the Tektro brand have proven themselves on e-bikes. They enable safe braking at high speeds.

The operation

A simple push control allows directly on the handlebars to turn on the lights, change the support as well as the display on the display.

The electric motor

500 watts of peak power and up to 100 Nm of torque support you during acceleration or when starting uphill. The motor has a torque sensor, which measures the force of the driver and regulates the motor power depending on this. This gives you the feeling that you are riding a normal bike with a lot of tailwind. In addition, the motor has an idle, so you can also drive without a battery without much resistance from the motor.

The circuit

AureusDrive relies on a proven, simple and robust Shimano Deore 10-speed gears. With a powerful engine, 10 speeds are ideal and allow you to overcome any climbs.

The display

A 2.1 inch LCD display informs you of the level of assistance, miles traveled, speed, battery level, average speed and more. Furthermore, the display has a USB interface via which your phone can be charged.

The battery

The powerful 48V battery with 14Ah, integrated in the frame and easy to remove, gives an energy storage of 672Wh. The battery relies on proven, robust and durable Samsung lithium-ion cells. With this energy you commute between 40 – 100 km – depending on the support level and driving speed.

In contrast to the Power45, this model is designed for somewhat shorter distances.
The advantage over the Power45, on the other hand, is that it is cost-efficient and still supports up to 45 km/h, and it is also suitable for trailers.

When you buy an e-bike, you also receive a free 500km check-up service.

This check-up consists of: Functional check and adjustment of the brakes, functional check of the gears, light check, bottom bracket check, wheel check, chain check, air pressure / tire check, screw tightening.

This must be redeemed within a distance covered of 500 km or within the first year of operation of the e-bike (from the date of purchase) , after which the check-up is subject to a charge.
